Feisty Elle accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, as
well as PayPal (preferred). I do not ship any C.O.D. orders.
Shipping
All Feisty Elle products are shipped out via USPS First Class (with Delivery Confirmation) or Priority International within 2-3 days
of receiving complete payment. USPS Express Mail may also available for
an additional shipping fee--email leslie at feistyelle dot
com for additional information. Insurance can be added to packages
worth under $100 for $1.75.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs or charges upon receipt of order.

International Shipping for orders less than $100:
Canada and Mexico: $10.95
Everywhere else: $12.95
International Shipping for orders over $100:
Canada and Mexico: $25.95

Sales Tax
California orders will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is key however, all sales are final.
Please carefully read the product description and note measurements.
Feisty Elle does however issue store credits and offer exchanges for
stock on hand. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items
mailed back must be unworn and in their original condition. Customers
seeking a store credit or exchange must e-mail us back within 7 days of
receiving their product. Do not mail back the product(s) until
you have corresponded with me. Also, all products must be shipped back
to Feisty Elle pre-paid and with delivery confirmation. Feisty Elle is
not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Transaction Refusal
Feisty Elle reserves the right to refuse a transaction for any reason.
(This is likely if the transaction is from or being shipped to a
country with a high level of fraud.)
Privacy Policy
Feisty Elle does not and will not sell or give out personal information
to third parties during order transactions and signing up for the
e-newsletter. Orders are processed on secure servers by Paypal.com. Please email me at leslie at feistyelle dot com if you have
any further questions about protecting your privacy.
No Earring Left Behind Policy
If you've bought a pair of earrings from us and you've lost one of them,
you can replace one instead of having to buy a new pair. To
enjoy the Feisty Elle No Earring Left Behind Policy, here's what you do:
1) Go to www.feistyelle.com
2) Find the earring design you purchased
3) Add it to your cart
4) After clicking on your shopping cart, enter the following code into the discount box: 1EARRING (for 50% off)*. (The cart will still look as if you're purchasing a pair of earrings.)
5) Click Checkout
6) In the Shipping Instructions box, note if this is for your right ear or your left ear.
7) Optional: If you purchased a pair from me at a shopping event and I,
for example, switched your earring findings from the standard hoops to hooks then you must let me know this in the Shipping Instructions box too.
*Note: You will not get a pair of earrings at 50% off, you will get one earring.
